The key difference between AI and other forms of technology, is that AI is probabilistic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It operates more like how humans operates, in terms of how it formulates conclusions. It’s not deterministic like traditional software, where you have formulaic problems that are answered in a deterministic way; If this, then that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is very strategic for companies to use AI ML for business processes. The main issues with these processes over time has been inefficient; You have people who were part of the processes, that leave companies, and what AI ML can do is that it can allow you to be in a place where you don’t need to scale your business with people. For example, if 50 requests comes in, and next month you get 20’000 requests that come in. The process is still the same even if each case is unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artificial intelligence will take as input, anything that is repetitive in nature, and automate it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It will enable an organization to redeploy their capital on areas in where it would position them to be more competitive. New processes will emerge, hence new opportunities will be discovered with Artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
