A problems research method is done in order to achieve this absolute stellar launch. You will uncover a whole new way of looking at your user’s dilemma as you hack away at the surface (defining the effects on your consumers and their environment).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A decade of building apps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We want to share our experience as part of our ‘Launching your Mobile Apps<\/strong> ‘ series. Underlabs has designed , built, and been launching mobile applications<\/a> for more than a decade, and for some of the worldwide largest and most disruptive starting up organizations. Here we examine the significance of identifying the problem of your users in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be efficient, the first thing you need to do is find the problem you will be solving and understand it. You will be able to identify the problem as the foundation for your business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finding the Root of the Problem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Although there is still a debate that Henry Ford did say that, there is still the same feeling: get to the root of a problem, and you can provide the best solution for people \u2013 even if it is something they’ve never considered before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ultimate objective should be to create a unique and elegant solution to such an unconscious need. The results are not, however, the more you get to it, the more successful it will be \u2013 and the more likely it is to succeed. The more strong it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don’t have to reinvent the wheel, either. A minor change will make a big difference \u2013 so solving the problem of the audience perfectly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Get to the root of a problem, and you can provide the best solution for people \u2013 even if it is something they’ve never considered before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reach out and ask your audience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Even if you only use a small sample group, user research can prove extremely helpful \u2013 providing you with an authentic, objective human opinion. Then, when it comes to framing your problem and planning the app\u2019s functionality, you\u2019ll have emotional and real-world responses to guide you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

User research doesn\u2019t have to be complex. It can be a simple online survey, or a quick conversation to ask them about their problems. However, our dedicated user research team carry out a more in-depth study. For a recent project with a logistics partner, one of our designers spent an entire day with their delivery drivers. We gained a sense of their working patterns, and got first-hand insight into any problems that arose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
